The mission of PDF is to develop professionalism among the professionals. Since the year 2004, the foundation has been actively organizing discussions and deliberations for the overall development of the weaker sections of the society by motivating them for education. As rightly pointed out by Dr. A.P.J. Abul Kalam, former president of India “For a prosperous and developed India, the important thrust will be on the growth in the number of invisible leaders and innovative Organisations.” The Foundation committed for creating greater awareness among the people for development of professionalism, but very silently like invisible leaders and by adopting innovative methods. One of the ambitious Project of PDF is to publish a biannual referred international Management journal, from 2012.
The dream project of PDF was taken a shape in the name of Iqra International Management Journal. As the Foundation get the approval for the publication of the journal from Delhi under the supervision of Professor M. Altaf Khan, the senior most Professors of the Department of Commerce and Business Studies, Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi. Honourable Vice Chancellor of Jamia Millia Islamia Mr. Najeeb Jung is very kind enough to give the permission to Professor Khan to act as chief editor of the journal. Through the work was initiated in January 2012 but it could become possible to finish at the end of November of 2012. The Journals covers interdisciplinary research papers and case studies on management subjects. It is a bi-annual referred publication. The main aim of this journal is to disseminate knowledge and information in the various functional areas of Management Studies; Broadly the Journal focuses on theoretical, empirical, applied and interdisciplinary research in different areas of Management. It promotes research in the field of Management Studies and thus encourages empirical and inductive writings under the guidance of internationally reputed academicians’ team as board of advisors.
