CAREER COUNSELLING – Done after assessing the career aspirations and goals of the candidate by experienced occupational psychologists who will do career profiling and career coaching with the candidate. They will ask a variety of questions about their life plans and career intentions. They will also discuss factors that are likely to influence in their decisions and which affect their goals. The counselor will also ensure that the candidate is setting a realistic target for himself and guide him further to choose a career to suit his expectations. They will also ensure that the candidate has all the information about the path he is considering and ensure that it suits his personality.
